A revisit to the wonderful Severn Valley Railway with the kindness of Phil Swallow using the OBBO 80972 Caroline for 2 return trips from Kidderminster SVR to Bridgnorth. Early departure from London Euston to Birmingham New Street on an Avanti West Coast Pendolino with a pick up at Watford Junction. Then a short walk from New Street to Birmingham Moor St to Kidderminster on West Midlands Railway. 1st departure from Kidderminster SVR was at 10.30. Excellent food & drink provided through the services of Paisley Flour. All in all, a great day out, weather good and all train connections fulfilled – Patrick, Brian, Len (DT), Malcolm (Windmills and Tide Mills), Roger (Hon Sec), Colin, Tim (SAAL), Dudley (Northern Branch), SER Bob and Jim (President).
