5 Oct 2016 a further visit to the Darent Valley, 1 stop further down the line to Shoreham in Kent after Eynsford (our visit in May 2015). Alighting from the Thameslink service we proceeded through the beautiful village & stopped at the Kings Arms for an enjoyable lunch. From there we proceeded to the Aircraft Museum which contained 2nd World War memorabilia. Some fascinating information and exhibits. The members then proceeded back to the station and made our way back to our respective homes.
